Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon Smoked Trout Mousse in Filo Tartlets

Bourbon Street Cafe's Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon Smoked Trout Mousse in Filo Tartlets:

  • 12 Filo Tartlets
  • 1 cup Schuckman's smoked Kentucky rainbow trout
  • 1 lb. cream cheese, whipped
  • 2 tbs. Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon
  • 1 tb. prepared horseradish
  • 1 tb. lemon juice
  • 1 tb. fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tb. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tb. hot sauce
  • 1/4 tb. liquid smoke
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh dill for garnish

Remove skin from trout and chop finely with a knife or food processor. In a mixing bowl, add to cream cheese, then add other ingredients one at a time. Put mousse into piping bag fitted with a large tip or fill tartlets using a spoon. Keep tip or fill tartlets refrigerated until ready to serve and enjoy!
