Cajun Cream Pasta

1 tsp butter
1 clove garlic
2 oz artichoke hearts chopped
2 oz sliced black olives
2 oz diced tomato
1 tsp Cajun seasoning*
8 oz heavy cream
4 oz diced chicken (sauteed)
2 tsp parmesan cheese (grated)

1. Saute chicken and reserve for later in the dish.

2. Heat butter, then add garlic, artichokes, black olives, and tomatoes.

3. Saute for one minute, then add chicken and Cajun seasonings.

4. Add heavy cream and reduce.

5. When sauce thickens add parmesan cheese and toss with pasta.

*You can use any store bought Cajun seasoning or make your own with cayenne pepper, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper, black pepper, and salt.
