CLARK COUNTY, IN (WAVE) - Clark County has launched a new initiative to get help to those who call 911, before emergency crews arrive.
PulsePoint Respond is an app based system that would allow 911 operates to immediately alert CPR-trained bystanders when someone needs assistance. It would also let the bystanders know where the closest AED is.
