LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The training and practice facility for the University of Louisville men's and women's basketball teams and the women's lacrosse teams is now known by a new name.

Thanks to a $3 million commitment from Rick and David Kueber, the on-campus facility will be expanded and known as Planet Fitness - Kueber Center.

The Kuebers are the Louisville franchisees of Planet Fitness and co-founders of Sun Tan City.

The facility, previously known as Yum! Center, or "the Baby Yum!," opened in August 2007. It has separate courts for the basketball teams and individual locker rooms for all three of the programs housed there. Offices for the coaching staffs, team meeting rooms and separate training rooms for men and women are also on the site.

Yum! Brands will leave the current naming rights deal for the practice facility at the end of the year. A $625,000 gift will close the Yum! commitment to UofL.

As part of the Planet Fitness deal, the Green Lot parking at Cardinal Stadium will be renamed the Planet Fitness Purple Lot.
