Family, friends and the community say their final goodbyes to LMPD Detective Deidre Mengedoht, who was killed during a traffic stop on Christmas Eve.
Doctor Lee Baucom spoke about reflection, change, and resolution for the coming year, tying in Detective Mengedoht’s services.
Grief and change are apart of life, death is one part of life. Adjusting and taking time for self reflection and self care are some of the changes and resolutions people can make in the coming year.
Taking time and checking in on not only your feeling, but others feelings is another step people can take for a healthier, happier new year.
