JCPenney announces stores closing this year

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - JCPenney plans on closing some stores. The retailer announced this Tuesday that it will close three stores in the spring, and possibly more locations at a later time. More information on store closings will be released when JCPenney reports its fourth quarter earnings at the end of February.

JCPenney has more than 860 stores in the United States and Puerto Rico.
