LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A jury found a Louisville man guilty in a shooting that hurt six people at a nightclub in the Parkland neighborhood.

Kenneth Mattingly, 32, was on trial, charged in the shooting at Cole’s Place back in March 2018.

Police said he fired eight shots during a fight, hitting six victims. Thankfully, everyone who was shot survived.

Mattingly was caught on surveillance video. He faced six first degree assault charges, two second degree assault charges, and was charged with wanton endangerment and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

About a week after his trial began, the jury found him guilty on all charges and recommended he spend 40 years in prison.
