LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - For the seventh year, Aiden’s Legacy has partnered with Texas Roadhouse locations in Louisville and Southern Indiana to host a fundraising event for the entire month of April.

This years fundraiser generated more than $30,000.

Aiden Johnson, a two-time childhood cancer survivor and LEGO junkie, will use this year’s donations to purchase $15,000 in LEGOs for patients at Norton Children’s Hospital.

The remaining funds will go toward supporting patients and purchasing new equipment for Norton Children’s Cancer Institute, affiliated with the University of Louisville.

To date, the partnership has raised nearly $146,000.
