TAYLORSVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Authorities who searched for a missing Spencer County man made a tragic discovery.

Howard Jewell Jr. was reported missing from the Taylorsville area on July 7. He was last seen on July 4.

On Tuesday, July 9, police found Jewell dead. They said it appeared he was in a car crash on Little Union Road.
