Boat catches fire on Ohio River near Sherman Minton Bridge

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A boat caught fire on the Ohio River on Sunday evening.
Police said the fire was reported around 8:20 p.m. near the Sherman Minton Bridge. Drivers close to the scene told WAVE 3 News the boat was engulfed in flames, with smoke spotted from miles away.
The fire was under control within the hour, according to police.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
