Dog saved from McAlpine locks

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Animal advocate groups are trying to track down the owner of a dog found swimming in the McAlpine Locks this week.
The dog was spotted by a crew on a barge- struggling to stay above water.
So they scooped him up onto the boat, dried him off and gave him some food.
The dog was wearing a leash and collar.
But how he got in the river, is still a mystery.
