CHARLESTOWN, In. (WAVE) - A new housing complex broke ground Tuesday in Charlestown.

It's called Renaissance Park and sits at 760 Main Street.

The complex is the brainchild of Arc Development and will house 40 apartments and retail space.

The complex is expected to be completed by summer 2020.

Renaissance Park is part of the city’s comprehensive renewal plan which was passed in 2016.
