Bleachers take shape at Louisville high school
Cracked and crumbling concrete bleachers forced Ballard High School to deem their stadium unsafe one day before the start of the football season.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – After fears of collapsing, new bleachers at a Jefferson County Public School are taking shape.

JCPS officials tweeted photos of the stadium at Ballard High School on Friday afternoon.

Demolition on the bleachers began in January after the old cement bleachers were deemed unsafe due to cracked and crumbling concrete.
