LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - This year’s Breeders' Cup World Championships on November 6-7 at Keeneland will be contested without fans.

Taking the Covid-19 pandemic into consideration, Cup officials decided that on-site attendance will be limited to essential personnel and participants only.

On the positive side for the Lexington track, Keeneland was awarded the 2022 Cup.
