LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - ACT scores for Kentucky high school seniors are on a decline.

Average scores in the 2018, 2019 school year were 19-point-8. This year, that number is down by 0.3 of a point at 19-point-5.

Among the fifteen states that tested 100% of graduating seniors, Kentucky’s average score was better than about 8 other states.
