LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Q103.1 radio wrapped up its annual bicycle drive, Bikes or Bust, with the ceremonial lowering of the scissor lifts.

Q103.1 Morning Show Host Gator has been living on the scissor lift since Nov. 19 at the UAW Local 862 Union Hall to raise awareness for the cause.

At 6 a.m. Nov. 19, Q103's morning show host Gator Glass went up in a lift at the UAW 862 Union Hall to kick off the 2020 Bike or Bust. Glass will remain on the lift until Monday, Nov. 23.

Southern Indiana’s own Magic Mike had been doing the same at Coyle Chevrolet.

On Monday, they announced the drive collected 2,123 bikes. Since its inception 5 years ago, Bikes or Bust has collected over 10,000 bikes for kids throughout Kentucky and Southern Indiana.

All bikes collected in Louisville will go to the Marine Corps Toys for Tots, and each bike collected in Indiana will go to the Salvation Army.
