LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron tweeted his response to the mayhem unfolding in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday.
Shortly after President Donald Trump addressed thousands of supporters near the U.S. Capitol, crowds began to make their way toward the Capitol at about 1 p.m.
In the nearly three hours since, the pro-Trump mob forced its way into the Capitol building, prompting the evacuation of members of Congress who had just begun the process of certifying Joe Biden’s defeat of Trump in the presidential election.
Cameron tweeted his reaction just before 3:30 p.m.
