Men who died following shooting outside Cole’s Place identified

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Two men who died after they were shot outside of Cole’s Place have been identified.

Louisville Metro Police Department officers were called to Cole’s Place, located in the 2900 block of West Kentucky Street, around 3 a.m. Sunday on a report of a shooting, according to LMPD Sergeant John Bradley.

When officer arrived, they found one man who had been shot. He was transported to University of Louisville Hospital where he later died due to his injuries.

PREVIOUS STORIES

Another man who had been shot at Cole’s Place was taken in a personal vehicle to Norton Hospital, then sent to University Hospital where he died from his injuries Sunday morning.

The men who died were identified Monday as Robert Webb Jr., 26, and Juan Foster, 29, according to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.

The LMPD Homicide Unit investigating the shooting. No suspect information has been released.
