KENTUCKY (WFIE) - Governor Beshear spoke at the 140th annual state convention of the Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky.
He signed a proclamation recognizing those Western Kentucky funeral homes that cared for and buried the victims of December’s deadly tornadoes.
