Police safely locate missing man considered endangered

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - The Louisville Metro Police Department said a 32-year-old missing man has been located.
Police said 32-year-old Zachary Winter was last seen Tuesday and reported missing from the 3100 block of Randolph Avenue.
On Wednesday afternoon, police said Winter had been safely located and will be reunited with his family.
