LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) -
Finally a warming trend is kicking in and the wind will continue to ease down (though still breezy).
Thursday/Thurby looks good.
Main issue is the rain chance later Friday (Oaks) and especially Friday night.
Location and timing is still getting worked out...including lingering impacts into Derby Day.
