Paramedics responding to heart attack call find murder victim instead

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Police in St. Matthews say they are questioning a person of interest after a man was found dead in the Creekside apartment complex near Mall St. Matthews late Wednesday.

Paramedics were called to the apartment in the 600 block of Quails Run Road around 9:30 p.m. on a report of a man having a heart attack around 9:30 p.m. April 27.

That's where they found the victim, 19-year-old Tanner Browning, with a gunshot wound to the head. EMS workers called St. Matthews police.

Anyone with information is asked to call St. Matthews police.
