Victim of deadly shooting in Old Louisville identified

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Police are investigating a deadly shooting in Old Louisville.
Just after 10:00 p.m. Sunday, officers and emergency responders were called to a shooting at South First and Ormsby.
Jefferson County Deputy Coroner Joanne Farmer said Shawntta Young, 35, died of multiple gunshot wounds.
Police said Young was shot in the head.
Neighbors told police they heard what they thought was fireworks. One neighbor said it sounded like a machine gun, and that he heard at least 10 shots.
Investigators do not have a description of the gunman.
