LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The Louisville man accused of killing a 15-year-old boy while out on probation appeared in court this morning.
The Commonwealth asked Judge McKay Chauvin to revoke James Mallory's shock probation he received from a robbery sentence.
A murder charge in April and an assault charge from allegedly injuring a corrections officer in August led Chauvin to revoke Mallory's shock probation and make him serve the rest of his eight year sentence.
Mallory will be moved from Louisville Metro Corrections to a Kentucky Department of Corrections facility.
