WEST LAFAYETTE, IN (WAVE) - Purdue University will not raise tuition costs for the next years in response to the country's struggling economy.

The institution's current base tuition for Indiana residents and students from other states at the University's West Lafayette campus will not be changed for two years.

Former Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels is the university's current president. He is expected to make an official announcement Friday.
