LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A woman confined to a wheelchair after suffering a brain tumor said she was sexually assaulted by the man assigned to care for her.
The victim told police that Jonathon Foster, her caretaker, touched her and performed a sex act on her against her will on July 2.
Foster, who is a non-compliant sex offender, was arrested by Louisville Metro Police the next day. According to police, Foster later gave a taped statement confessing to the crime.
Foster is being held at the Louisville Metro Corrections on charges of sodomy and sexual abuse. His bond was set at $200,000 cash.
He pled not guilty at his arraignment on July 4. Foster will be back in court on July 15.
