Man unlocks, turns off alarm before robbing Subway

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A suspect robbed a sandwich shop by usinga key to unlock the front door, according to Louisville Metro police.

Officers said on Sunday, November 3, a man went into theSubway located on Dixie Highway and Burnett Avenue by unlocking the front door,then proceeded to deactivate the stores alarm by typing in a code.

Officers said he proceeded to type in a code on the storessafe and removed cash before leaving the store and locking the door back behindhim.

The suspect is described as being between 20 to 30 yearsold.
