LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A man fought with supermarket employees and mall security after he was caught walking out of a Highlands supermarket with nearly $165 worth of groceries he didn't pay for, according to Metro police.

Reginald Wiley, 46, was confronted by a loss prevention worker and the manager of Value Market at Mid-City Mall November 26 after stealing a cart full of groceries, an arrest report states. Police said Wiley used physical force against the manager and mall security while trying to get away.

Wiley is charged with 2nd degree robbery.
