Bloody bed sheet found near site where teen's body was discovered

BULLITT COUNTY, KY (WAVE) – Newly released evidence suggests a 17–year-old girl who was murdered in Bullitt County may have been kept in a barn for several days before her body was discovered.
Two weeks ago Bullitt County detectives found a bloody bed sheet and pillow case in a barn on Greenwell Ford Road, within one mile of where Jessica Dishon's body was discovered.
Dishon's parents told police the sheet in the barn matched a fitted sheet on Jessica's bed that had been missing.
Her mother said she made Jessica's bed after her disappearance in September of 1999 in hopes she would return home.
However, in a recent interview her mother told police she could not recall if the sheet was missing when she made the bed.
Jessica's uncle, Stanley Dishon is currently charged with her murder. He is being held in Kentucky State Reformatory in LaGrange.
