Judge denies request to reconsider guilty plea

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – A judge has ruled he will not reconsider Josh Gouker's guilty plea in the murder of his 14-year-old stepson.
Last May, Gouker admitted to killing Trey Zwicker, who was found dead behind Liberty High School in Louisville in 2011. In February, Gouker asked Judge Barry Willet to reconsider his plea, but Willet denied that request.
No work on whether Gouker and his attorney will appeal Willet's decision.
