Herbert Lee sentenced to prison

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A man with a history of stealing cars has been sentenced to serve time in prison.
On December 18, 2008, Herbert Lee tried to flee police after they stopped him driving a stolen car. Lee crashed the car killing his four teen passengers.

After being released from juvenile detention in 2011, Lee was arrested in July 2012 while again driving a stolen car.
Released in November 2013, Lee was yet again arrested in February 2014. A judge today sentenced Lee to 10 years in prison.
