18th Street fire deliberately set

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Arson is the suspected cause of a vacant house fire in the 500 block of South 18th Street at Muhammad Ali on Friday.
The two-story brick single-family home was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived at 11 a.m.
The home sustained extensive damage. No other structures were damaged.
Investigators said the fire was deliberately set, and they are developing leads on a suspect.
It took 24 firefighters 10 minutes to bring the fire under control.
No injuries were reported.
