Two 18-year-olds indicted in January killing



LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Two 18-year-olds have been indicted in connection to the death of a man in the Portland neighborhood in January.
A grand jury has charged Ketrick Lamont Ballanger and Nicholas Wade Espinoza with complicity to murder and complicity to robbery in the shooting death of Denny Kincaid, 26, on Jan. 24.

Kincaid was shot next to a vehicle in an alley behind the 2700 block of Alford Avenue. He was taken to University of Louisville Hospital where he died.
Espinoza was arrested three days after the shooting, but he was only 17 at the time so his identity was not released. His charges were upgraded to adult charges when he turned 18.
Ballanger was booked into the custody of Louisville Metro Corrections on Thursday, according to online jail records.
