LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A man has been arrested after a puppy was found starved to death at the home the suspect was renting, according to an arrest report.
An officer with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office who was present for Mortez Taylor's eviction in March 2015 found a Labrador puppy dead inside a crate at the home. A necropsy determined the puppy died of starvation.
