Juvenile charged in Derby weekend robbery spree
LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A fifth suspect has been indicted on a string of robberies that left Louisville's biggest day with a black eye.
Tobis Alexander Enix, was arraigned June 22 on three counts of robbery and one count of theft. Enix, a juvenile, is being charged as an adult in those cases.
Authorities say Enix is not connected to the robbery that lead to the death of Scott Hunter, a Canadian tourist who was in town for the Kentucky Derby.
