Police looking for suspect in shooting near Shawnee Park

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Police are looking for a suspect in a shooting reported in the area of Shawnee Park.
Police spokesman Dwight Mitchell said a 15-year-old was shot in the ankle and is expected to survive.
MetroSafe dispatchers say the shooting occurred near a playground by the Market Street entrance. It was reported at 8:24 p.m.
