LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – The man arrested on charges for committing rape and sexual abuse during a home invasion and burglary has pleaded not guilty.
Louisville Metro police say Kejuan Jackson, 21, broke into an apartment on Buechel Bank Road, held two people against their will and raped one of them.
According to a police report, Jackson even threatened to kill two women and their children if they did not comply with his demands.
Jackson, a convicted felon, remains in custody at Louisville Metro Corrections on a $250,000 cash bond. Judge Mitch Perry ordered Jackson to have no contact with the prosecuting witnesses or their families.
Perry scheduled a pre-trial hearing in Jackson's case for September 10.
