LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A man accused of robbing multiple food marts across Louisville was arrested Saturday after he was pulled over for a broken tail light.

According to his arrest report, police say Robert Price, 27, began the spree on July 3 when he entered a Circle K on Shepherdsville Road armed with a handgun and demanded cash.

The report says Price continued the pattern at food marts across Louisville, including other Circle K locations, a Speedy Mart, and the Manslick Food Mart, each time armed with a handgun and demanding cash.

Price is charged with 8 counts of first degree robbery and carrying a concealed deadly weapon.

He is being held on a $100,000 cash bond.

Price is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
