According to an arrest report, the victim stated Martin took her behind some bushes and pulled down her pants against her will. She told police that she told Martin repeatedly to stop, but that he raped her.

Detectives made contact with Martin and took him the Jeffersontown Police Department, where he admitted having sex with the girl against her will and corroborated some of the details of her story.

Martin is charged with first degree rape. Bond was set at $150,000.
