UPDATE: 2 students transported to hospital after JCPS, TARC buses collide

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Several minor injuries were reported after a collision between a TARC bus and a JCPS bus at Cannons Lane and Frankfort Avenue. Two students were transported to Kosair Children's Hospital with minor injuries. The rest of the injuries happened to passengers aboard the TARC bus.
The accident happened shortly after 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
A spokeswoman for Jefferson County Public Schools said bus #9374, the activity bus from Westport Middle School, had 15 students on board when the crash occurred.
The cause of the accident is not yet known.
