Second man arrested in February murder in Portland

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A second arrest has been made in the murder of a man in the Portland neighborhood in February.
Keiandre Grinstead was shot and killed near 28th and Bank Street on February 19.
About a month later, police arrested I'an Da'Shaun Edward Ellery Neal.

On Tuesday, Lorenzo Allen was arrested and charged with murder, robbery and tampering with physical evidence.
Allen is accused of driving Neal to the scene of the shooting with the intent to rob Grinstead, then driving him away after the shooting and taking the gun with him.
