Patron charged with pulling gun on club security guard

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville man was arrested after his refusal to leave a nightspot in the Portland neighborhood led to him pulling out a gun.
According to a Louisville Metro Police Department arrest report, the incident happened around 1 a.m. in the 500 block of N. 27th Street.
Police were called to American Legion Portland Post 278 on a trouble run. The officer was told by the victim, who works security at the post, that Anthony L. Durbin had pulled out a gun and pointed at him when they were trying to get Durbin to leave.
Police found Durbin, 56, with a Cobra .380 handgun in a holster. The gun had a round in the chamber and six rounds in the magazine.
Durbin was arrested and booked on a charge of wanton endangerment.
