An arrest warrant says Brock was at the Portland Kroger, 520 N. 35th Street, on November 12 when she tried to leave with merchandise concealed in her purse. As she started to leave the store Brock struggled with a Kroger loss prevention employee and bit him on the arm before jumping into a waiting car. During the struggle the employee was able to get Brock's purse which contained information identifying her.
Several days later, Brock came back into the store. When the loss prevention employee questioned her about the previous incident she denied being involved. Kroger officials were about to identify her by using video surveillance from the previous incident.
