Employee of missing woman's boyfriend indicted on perjury charges

NELSON COUNTY, KY (WAVE) – A man employed by the boyfriend of a missing Nelson County woman has been indicted on 38 counts of perjury.
According to the Nelson County Sheriff's Department, Danny Singleton was indicted Wednesday by the Nelson County Grand Jury.

Singleton is an employee of Brooks Houck, the boyfriend of Crystal Rogers.
Rogers was reported missing on July 3. Houck was named a suspect in her disappearance on Oct. 16.
The Sheriff's Department said the charges stemmed from a previous grand jury testimony in reference to Roger's disappearance. No additional information was provided.
