LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - Here are five stories WAVE Country will be talking about today:

1. More rain: Heavy downpours will bring the increased possibility of more flooding today. WAVE 3 News Storm Tracking Team Meteorologist Christie Dutton has the extended forecast through the weekend.

2. Clark County recount: The votes for a Jeffersonville City Council seat will be certified today. Democrat Josh Rodriguez won the final seat on election night in November, but the recount put Republican Steve Webb on top by a 73 vote margin.

3. Marine found: Sergeant Tristan Clinger, 28, of Louisville, was found dead in New Jersey on Saturday. Clinger was last seen at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst on Dec. 20.

4. Child murder: The fifth person suspected in the death of 16-month-old Ne'Riah Miller in 2014 will be in court today. Duwan Mason, 29, was arrested in Nashville last week for being a fugitive for justice and is awaiting extradition to Louisville.

5. Mall rules: Police plan to meet with managers of Mall St. Matthews to discuss conduct policies and enforcement after an incident on Saturday that forced the mall to close early. Police said between 1,000 to 2,000 youths were involved in fights at the mall.
