A woman and her fiance walked into their place of business at 120 Outer Loop on Nov. 18 when they saw Ashley Brown, 28, and a man inside their business.

They chased the suspects out of the business, and as Brown was driving away, the other woman tried to reach inside the moving car to take the keys out of the ignition, according to Brown's arrest report.

Eventually, the other woman fell off the car, and her legs were run over, the report said.
