WAVE 3 Chews: A fun way to celebrate National Spaghetti Day!

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - January 4 is National Spaghetti Day, but you can cook the Italian classic anytime of year! Todd Fern, General Manager of Romano's Macaroni Grill in Louisville, has an easy recipe for you! Celebrate at home or out at his restaurant!

A favorite dish at Romano's Macaroni Grill is MOM's world famous Ricotta Spaghetti and Meatballs. If you would like to copy the classic at home you will need:

-6 oz of bolognese sauce

-2 oz red sauce

-8 oz spaghetti noodles

-Parmesan cheese

-Meatballs
