Clark County Sheriff's Office offering firearm safety training

CLARK COUNTY, IN (WAVE) - The Clark County Sheriff's Office is hosting several firearms training session to provide information beneficial to anyone owning and carrying a gun.

Some of the topics covered in the sessions include firearm safety in the home, how to interact with an officer when armed and applying for a concealed carry permit.

Firearms are not permitted during the training sessions because they are being conducted on school properties.
