Allen Co. man accused of killing 7-year-old girl enters plea

SCOTTSVILLE, KY (WAVE) - An Allen County man accused of kidnapping, raping and murdering a 7-year-old girl pleaded not guilty during his arraignment on Wednesday.
Timothy Madden also waived the formal reading of his indictment.

Madden is accused in the death of Gabbi Doolin. Her body was discovered November 14 in a creek near Allen County-Scottsville High School, where she had been cheering on her brother during a football game.
Madden was taken into custody on November 20. He will remain in jail without bond.
