Arrest reports say on the afternoon of January 11 Latham drove up to the drive-thru window at McDonald's, 3340 Taylor Blvd., pulled out a handgun and demanded cash.

Two days later police say Latham entered the Circle K at 9200 Dixie Highway, handing a note demanding money to an employee. Latham told the worker he had a weapon. Latham fled after getting the cash, but was arrested within 15 minutes. In addition to the robbery charges, Latham was wanted on outstanding warrants for traffic offenses.

Bond for Latham was set at $15,000 cash. He remains in custody at Louisville Metro Corrections.
